Victoria & Darren 23 July

Late July found The Jonny Ross band in Gloucestershire at an amazing venue, Elmore Court, for the wedding of Victoria and Darren.

Elmore Court, dating back to 1580, is a pretty unique place with great views over the Cotswolds and River Seven and is the family home of the Guise family. It has recently undergone major refurbishment, part of which has included the addition of a bespoke building designed purely for dining, dancing and partying.

What’s more the building, called the Gillyflower, is sound proofed and sustainably constructed from materials off the estate. How cool is that! It has to be one of the most atmospheric venues in Gloucestershire and made for a brilliant night with the bride and groom and their guests having a great time.

We kicked off the evening with Tom Odell’s Grow Old With Us followed by Uptown Funk to get everyone up on the floor dancing. Other favourites included Get Lucky by Daft Punk, Show me love and Avicci’s Wake me up.

The in-house lighting and sound system worked like a dream and the event was a huge success and hopefully a night to remember for everyone.

We can’t wait to work at this amazing venue again soon!

Uptown Funk was definitely the hit of the evening. If you haven’t heard our cover of it, please have a listen here.
