Destination wedding entertainment – Frequently asked questions
How do I book destination wedding entertainment?
You must book an entertainment provider who is experienced in destination weddings. The main problems you will encounter are sourcing equipment abroad, arranging travel plans and overcoming language barriers. We have a team of destination wedding experts who can handle all this process.
If you are interested in hearing about our services, we would love to set up a zoom meeting! During the meeting, we can understand your dreams and expectations and create a detailed proposal that includes all logistics.
What would be your number one bit of destination wedding advice?
Booking a destination wedding can be more hard work than usual. Our first advice would be to get a wedding planner based at the destination who can liaise with your suppliers directly. This will save you flying back and forth to the destination and give you someone on the ground to deal with all logistics.
What entertainment should I book for my destination wedding?
Above, we have put three destination wedding entertainment ideas, however, we represent over 50 professional musicians and can look at a range of options to suit your tastes and budget. Have a quick browse of all our bands and get a feel for what would work best for your wedding guests.
What do I need to get a quote?
We need your wedding date and location to get a quote for your destination wedding. It’d also be great to have a quick chat to discuss what music you have in mind for the occasion and how we can help to create your dream destination wedding.
How will we transport the band’s equipment for my destination wedding?
Most of the time, there will be a local AV company that can provide speakers and lighting. As a result, we will only need to bring along our instruments. Depending on the airline, this tends to cost around £70-120.
